The Society of Reproductive Surgeons (SRS) is an affiliate society of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). The SRS is open to all Active and Associate members of the ASRM who have a special interest in reproductive surgery. 

The SRS is open to all Active and Associate members of the ASRM only.  If you are not an ASRM Member, please go here first.

Once you have filled out this form, you will be redirected to the ASRM Store where you may pay for your first year's SRS Membership Dues.  Your SRS Membership will not be processed until payment is received.

Choose One Of The Following SRS Membership Categories:

Active Membership in the SRS shall consist of individuals with an interest in reproductive surgery. Active members shall be entitled to all rights and privileges of the SRS including the right to vote and hold office. Active members shall pay $75 annual membership dues.

Associate Membership shall include students of any type and physicians who are serving approved residencies or fellowships. Associate members shall pay $25 annual membership dues and cannot vote or hold elected office. Associate members will become Active Members upon completion of their training program. Associate members may transfer to the Active membership category prior to completion of training.
