  • ASRM 2017 and SRS!

There's a lot to look forward to at ASRM 2017 with SRS. These include postgraduate courses (PC05 focusing on leiomyoma and PC07 addressing a comprehensive approach to male fertility), roundtables, talks on uterine transplantation and cell and gene therapies, telesurgery for managing cesarean scar defects, and our surgical tutorial for managing the septate uterus.

    See you in San Antonio!
  • Welcome and thank you to our reviewers!

Welcome to the new and refined SRS website! Many changes are underway, with the most recent being the migration of past literature reviews to the site. As the SRS website chair as well as coordinator of the literature reviews, many of the transferred reviews were linked to my name from doing the transfer, editing links, etc.. However, the true credit should go to the many capable original reviewers, particularly Meike Uhler, Dan Williams, Paul Lin, Ilana Ressler, Mindy Christianson, and particularly Steven Lindheim who spearheaded the website and literature reviews for more than a decade. I’ve tried to acknowledge these original authors through phrasing such as “Literature reviewed originally by” and “Comments originally by,” but it’s not credit enough for the hard work they’ve put in over the years. Also, Rusty Howell and Dani Mosley at ASRM continue to be central to moving the website forward. We’re looking for more reviewers and people wanting to help develop web content. If you care about reproductive surgery, evidence based medicine, and effective communication, and would like to participate, let us know—we have plenty of opportunity! J. Preston “Pres” Parry, MD, MPH
